Jennifer Lopez's interview for Vogue!

The 42-year-old singer discusses her manager, Benny Medina, and briefly touches on her new relationship with backup dancer Casper Smart as well as her situation with ex-Marc Anthony.

"He's adorable," she says of Smart, 18 years her junior. "But you already see that... He really is. He's a good egg. I don't want to talk about it too much. It's my private thing."
But it's her manager who she feels is really her 'soul mate'.
"I just think of [Medina] as a real, creative soul mate. He's been the most consistent man in my life besides my dad," she says.

"We love each other. People always ask about all the men I dated, and I am like, 'You know the Benny and Jennifer story? That's the real story here.'"

Benny Medina  questioned the singer’s romantic choices as part of an in-depth interview and expose with the cover girl, and explained he wishes she had taken more time to find a partner after splitting from husband Marc Anthony last summer.

He reportedly told Vogue, “The thing that I always sort of wished is that she would give herself time to just naturally meet someone, instead of having obsessive guys pursue her.

“The ease which that obsession becomes a relationship I think sometimes works against her ability to have a real meaningful relationship.”
He went on to reveal he had confronted the “On The Floor” hitmaker about her latest fling with dancer Casper Smart, who is 18 years younger than she is.
But the three-time married 42 year old has now questioned the validity of the article, insisting her longtime manager would never have been so openly critical.

She tells Access Hollywood, “The thing with those types of articles is that they’ll take certain things you say… I know Benny, he’s like my best friend, my creative soulmate, and I know the way he says things and I know he would never say anything that would be hurtful to me in any way.
